- Terrace / Courtyard Garden – surface refurbishment for summer season.
- Gymnasium – full project management for the refurbishment of the mens changing room, spa relaxation room, sauna and spa rooms over a 3 week period.
- In house nightclub – surface refurbishment internal floor replacement, external terrace floor replacement.
- Staff changing rooms – full refurbishment of all facilities.
- Mews wing – redecoration of all geust suites.
- Bison, Vestibuel and main bars – full redecoration to all.
- External façade – ongoing programme of redecoration works to feature portico , cornice , balconies & decorative railings.
- Main kitchen & potwash – replacement non slip flooring prep and install.
- Meeting and conference rooms – cyclical monthly french polishing.
- Main entrance – bespoke stonework replacement and sympathetic restoration to paving.
- Feature staircase – isolated stone repairs and segment replacement of rare timber handrail inserts.

- House 21 – full redecoration to all areas in conjunction with russell sage studios.
- External façade – ongoing programme of redecoration and restoration.
- External vaults – full waterproof tanking and fit out of all external vaults.
