- Conversion of contaminated returns room – full project and procurement management for the reconfiguration of existing test laboratory. All works to comply with ISO 15189 – UKAS.
- Glazing – procurement and install of bespoke glazing module to front elevation.
- External – soil bore test for pending modular building extension 2019 / 2020.
- Tech transfer laboratory – full project management for laboratory reconfiguration and fit out enabling for HVAC.
- Structural package and sign off procurement, structural penetrations floor and roof.
- Air gym – feasibility study for external staff gym & recreation area.
- Pending works for 2019 / 2020 access and egress – reconfiguration of existing fire exit door sets.
- Modular extension – full main contractor status to turn key deliver a 2 storey modular building extension.
