• Artek were responsible for reconfiguration of existing trellis concealment to house high voltage electrical feed for new substation.
• Artek manufactured and installed bespoke fabricated steel gallow supports.

• Artek refurbished ALL external timber terrace furniture .
• Artek replaced Piccadilly elevation of decorative trellis with full colour match redecoration.
• Artek supplied and fitted new antique mirrors into stone recessed panels.
• Artek provided full logistical support via ROYAL PARKS management for goods in and out for the duration of the works.

Refurbishment of back of house staff ladies changing rooms.

• Artek managed full strip out and refit of staff changing rooms as per client led design.
• Full surface refurbishment.
• Full electrical rewire with new lighting accommodation.
• Installation of comprehensive fixtures and fitting applicable to the daily operations of such a facility.
• Comprehensive test and commission of all systems.

Walk in chiller enabling

• Artek were required to strip out an existing space to allow for incoming chiller install by SPECIALIST REFRIGERATION SUPPLIER.
• Artek were responsible for full demolition, reconfiguration and decommission of all services as per architects plans.
• Artek handed over ‘working envelope’ space to allow chiller install.

Miscellaneous

• Office conversion to second floor comprising new meeting and conference rooms with additional w/c and staff relaxation rooms. Full project / procurement management over a 6 week programme delivery.
• Main kitchen – ceiling replacement, lighting upgrade & chefs office reconfiguration, full project management within extremely restricted out of hours working window.
• Full test and commission upon project completion.
• Casino & Club – bespoke joinery install comprising new reception desks & concierge station. Complete design ,manufacture and install of bespoke furniture to clients exacting specifications.
• Basement – waterproof tanking application to storage vaults. Full project management comprising Vault preparation, specialist membrane and tanking install, test and commission of completed project.
• Casino & Club – Security / staff signing in office refurbishment. Full project management from decommission and strip out to fit out. M&E, HVAC, Joinery & viewing station. Work station configuration and ALL security requirements.
